It can be helpful to gather information about the supports you need when preparing for your NDIS planning meeting.
We can help you gather this information if you are a current client of one of our services. Please contact us for help:

We can’t provide specific information if you’re not a current patient of our fee for service areas, or if you’re on a waiting list.
The following general information might be useful when preparing for your NDIS planning meeting.
- Identify assistive technology you have and ensure funding for annual maintenance, minor and major repairs are built into your plan.
- If you are harder wearing on your equipment than the ‘average’ user, ensure this is taken into account, otherwise the repairs and maintenance budget is likely to be set too low.
- If you have specific adjustments or modifications that need to be completed during the length of your upcoming plan, make sure this is raised and appropriate supports are built into your plan to enable this. For example, modifications to equipment will need an occupational therapist (OT) assessment and recommendations as well as technician time to provide technical assessment and advice regarding requested modifications.
Minor repairs can be completed during the year if you have the budget built into your plan. Major repairs will need to be built into your plan as a quotable item. Quotes need to be provided and accepted prior to major repairs, modifications or adjustments being progressed.
