We can’t provide specific information if you’re not a current patient of our fee for service areas, or if you’re on a waiting list.

The following general information might be useful when preparing for your NDIS planning meeting.

1. Identify any assistive technology you have that might need a review, replacement or modification over the next 12 months, or period of your plan.
   1. Allow at least 10 hours of clinical time per item for a change or upgrade of assistive technology.
2. Identify whether you’re likely to need any home modifications over the next 12 months, or period of your plan.
   1. Home modifications will need an Occupational Therapy Assessment.
   2. Allow at least 10 hours of clinical time for the this, or more if your home modification needs are complex.
