An on-call officer is available by phone (but not text or email) outside of business hours for urgent requests.

The team can help seek approvals for and facilitate:

• interviews with team members including medical experts
• filming on one of our sites.

Due to privacy laws in the ACT, we do not provide patient condition updates or patient details.

Media and film crews must work with the Canberra Health Services media team to obtain written consent of any patient or team member before filming or photographing them.

Media and production crews must be escorted by a member of the media team at all times when visiting our facilities.

The privacy and safety of our patients, their family and carers and our team members is a key priority for our team. We also strive to minimise any impact of our work on clinical operations.
