Our strategic plan
Our Strategic Plan 2024-29 [PDF 2.11MB] sets out our path forward for the next five years and shows how we deliver against our vision of ‘creating exceptional health care together’ for you, your family and your carers.
It shows our three priority areas of:
- Deliver world class care: provide care that is inclusive and culturally safe, delivered to the highest standards and in a timely way.
- Be a great place to work, learn and teach: create a supportive learning environment, with a culture of candid, open and respectful communication that supports our people to be their best and grow professionally.
- Build a strong research, innovation and improvement environment: grow our research portfolio and turn innovation and improvement into better care and improved health outcomes for our consumers.
