The ACT Public Service Administrative and Related Classifications Enterprise Agreement 2021-2022 is approved by the Fair Work Commission and came into effect from December 2021.

The ACT Public Sector Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2021-2022 is approved by the Fair Work Commission and came into effect from February 2022.

  • Medical Physics Registrar
  • Medical Physics Specialist
  • Principal Medical Physics Specialist
  • Radiation Therapist
  • Senior Medical Physics Specialist

Infrastructure services

The ACTPS Infrastructure Services Enterprise Agreement 2021-2022 (ISEA) is approved by the Fair Work Commission and came into effect from January 2022.

The agreement covers the following classifications:

  • Administrative Service Officers (employed as City Rangers in TAMS)
  • Apprentice (excluding HSO apprentices)
  • Building Service Officer
  • Capital Linen Service (production staff, maintenance staff, drivers)

Medical practitioners

The ACT Public Sector Medical Practitioners Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2022 is approved by the Fair Work Commission and came into effect from January 2022.

Nursing and midwifery

The ACT Public Sector Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement 2020-2022 covers all Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing, is approved by the Fair Work Commission and came into effect from January 2022.

Support services

The Support Services Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 is approved by the Fair Work Commission, came into effect from December 2021 and covers:

  • Administrative Service Officer (employed as Youth Workers in CSD)
  • Allied Health Assistant
