The ACT Public Sector Administrative and Related Classifications Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 is approved by the Fair Work Commission and came into effect from 20 September 2023.

Health professionals
The ACT Public Sector Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 covers:
- Dentist
- Health Professional
- Medical Imaging
- Medical Physics
- Perfusionist
- Pharmacist
- Psychologist
- Radiation Therapy
- Traineeship
- Cadet.
The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 13 June 2023. It commenced on 20 June 2024 and has a nominal expiry date of 31 March 2026.
Infrastructure services
The ACTPS Infrastructure Services Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 covers:
- Apprentice (excluding HSO apprentices)
- Building Service Officer
- Building Trade Assistant
- Building Trade
- Sr Building Trade
- Building Trade Inspector
- Sr Building Trade Inspector
- Building Trade Inspector Manager
- Capital Linen Service (production staff, maintenance staff, drivers)

The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 19 June 2023. It commenced on 26 June 2023 and has a nominal expiry date 31 March 2026.
Medical practitioners
The ACT Public Sector Medical Practitioners Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2022 is approved by the Fair Work Commission and came into effect from January 2022.
Nursing and midwifery
The ACT Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 covers:
- Enrolled Nurses
- Undergraduate Student Nurse/Midwife
- Assistants in Nursing
- Registered Nurses/Midwives
- Nurse Practitioner.
The current agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 6 August 2024. It will become effective on 13 August 2024 and has a nominal expiry date of 31 March 2026.
Support services
The Support Services Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 covers:
- Administrative Service Officer (employed as Youth Workers in CSD)
- Allied Health Assistant
- Apprentice (HSO)
- Clinical Coder
- Clinical Coder Trainee
- Dental Assistant
- Disability Support Officer
- Health Service Officer
- Principal Dental Assistant
- Rehabilitation Teacher.
The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 19 January 2024. It commenced operations from 26 January 2024 with a nominal expiry date of 31 March 2026.
