It's OK to speak up!
If you:
- Don’t understand something, it’s OK to ask us to explain.
- Think we might have you confused with someone else, it’s OK to check with us.
- Didn’t see us wash our hands, it’s OK to ask us to.
- Think we might be giving you the wrong medicine, it’s OK to ask us to check.
- Think you might be having side effects from your medicine, it’s OK to tell us.
- Are in pain, it’s OK to ask us for pain relief.
- Would like a second opinion, it’s OK to ask for one.
- Would like some written information about your condition, it’s OK to ask us for some.
- Want us to talk to your family or carer, it’s OK to ask us to.
