The Canberra Region Cancer Centre is located at Building 19 on Canberra Hospital campus. We have information on how to get to the hospital by car or public transport.
The most convenient car park for the Canberra Region Cancer Centre is the Southern multi storey car park. Once parked, take the lift or stairs to Level 1. Turn right out of the lift, then right again, down the ramp, to walk to the Canberra Region Cancer Centre.
There is a drop off zone out the front of the centre. Enter the centre through the glass doors. There may be additional entry requirements in response to COVID-19.
The lifts are located in the main foyer.
We keep wheelchairs near the reception desk for your use.

We have a team of volunteers who can help you with directions.
Our volunteers wear purple/blue t-shirts and hospital name tags.
If you can’t find a volunteer, please ask at main reception on the Level 1 (street level).

We provide a range of services including:
- Advance Care Planning
- Medical Oncology (chemotherapy)
- Radiation Oncology
- Haematology Clinic
- Immunology Clinic
- Cancer Counselling
- Cancer supportive care services (cancer specialist nurses, social workers and counsellors, psychologists)
- Palliative care specialist service.

Our services and clinics are located on the following floors:
- Level 1 (street level): main reception and radiation oncology
- Level 2: consult rooms (you’ll come here for your appointments with your doctor or care team)
- Level 4: day treatments including chemotherapy, haematology, immunology and other non-cancer related infusions.
What facilities are available?
Moira’s, a café serves hot and cold drinks, snacks and light meals. You can find Moira’s on Level 1 (street level).
We have a patient lounge on Level 2. Our patient lounge has a kitchen where you can retreat for a tea or coffee, and sleep pods to catch up on some rest.
