If you are currently receiving NDIS funded supports through us and need some information to take to your next planning meeting, please let us know. You can:
- request planning advice from your treating clinician or
- call our NDIS Administration support team on (02) 5124 1067
- email us at chs.racsndis@act.gov.au
If you want to use our services as part of your NDIS plan but are not currently a client, you can self-refer to our services by contacting the Central Health Intake line on (02) 5124 9977. If you are on a waiting list to be seen and have not yet been assessed, please refer to our general planning information for NDIS supports available through Canberra Health Services.
