The New Parent Group is a four-week program run by our Maternal, Child and Family Health (MACH) nurses and/or midwives.
About this service
New parent groups give you the opportunity to meet other first-time parents with babies of a similar age. The groups discuss topics and issues about:
- parenting
- caring for yourself and your baby
- how to access services available to you in the community.
This group is available to first time parents of infants from 6 weeks to under four months. Due to social distancing and room sizes, numbers are limited.
