Make a booking through MyDHR

Log in to MyDHR or create a user account if you have not used MyDHR before.

You will receive a notification that you have a new scheduling ticket available in MyDHR. Please sign in to schedule your visit.

Once you sign into MyDHR, you will have a banner on the home screen that shows you have an appointment that needs to be booked.

Click Schedule Now.

You will then have the option to chose a location and time that suits you.

Click Book it to confirm your appointment.

If you need to contact us to make changes to your appointment, we have two phone lines:

• (02) 5124 9977 for services and clinics based in the community
• (02) 5124 2415 for select services and clinics at Canberra Hospital.

Our staff will answer your calls Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays):

• for community based services (02) 5124 9977: 8am – 5pm
• for hospital (Central Outpatient) services (02) 5124 2415: 8.30am – 4.30pm.

Please note both phone lines close at 3.30pm every Wednesday for quality and staff training.
