Neuropsychology cares for people who have changes in their thinking skills. Sometimes changes in thinking are due to medical conditions which affect the brain.
About this service
Our neuropsychology assessment service investigates your cognitive functioning and thinking skills. This includes things like attention, memory and problem-solving ability.
The assessment may help you understand any changes in your cognition.
We also provide advice on how to manage any changed thinking skills to help you in your work, study and other daily activities.
Who we care for
Our neuropsychology services are available for people admitted to Canberra Hospital (‘inpatients’) as well as some patients who attend Canberra Hospital clinics (‘outpatients’).
