Gawanggal Mental Health Unit and the CAMHS Cottage are both located at 50 Mary Potter Circuit, Bruce to the northern edge of the North Canberra Hospital campus. They share a car park.
Gawanggal Mental Health Unit (previously the Extended Care Unit at Brian Hennessy House), is a single-storey green building with a red roof. The entrance to the building is a shared entrance for both Gawanggal and Arcadia House. Once at reception, staff will be able to show you through to Gawanggal.

The centre is easily accessible by car and has free visitor parking.
Accessible parking is available within 20 metres from the entrance.
From Belconnen Way:
- Turn onto Haydon Drive. Take the second entrance to Mary Potter Circuit by turning right after the second set of traffic lights. There will be a North Canberra Hospital sign.
- Take the first driveway on the left. This is the shared visitor car park for Gawanggal, the CAMHS Cottage and Arcadia House.
From Ginninderra Drive:
- Turn onto Haydon Drive. Take the first entrance to Mary Potter Circuit by taking the second left after Battye Street. There will be a North Canberra Hospital sign.
- On the left there is a shared visitor car park for Gawanggal, the CAMHS Cottage and Arcadia House.
