If you are staying at Canberra Hospital your payment can be made in person at the Cashier Office.
Pay in person
The Cashier Office at Canberra Hospital is located in Building 2, Level 2 (street level) near the main reception.
Open from Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4pm, excluding public holidays.
Pay online
If the invoice has been issued by Shared Services, you can make a payment online with the Access Canberra - Canberra Health Services payment form (North Canberra Hospital online option coming soon).
If the invoice has been issued by Canberra Health Services, you can pay online via direct debit or BPAY, using the details on the invoice.
You will need your payment invoice number and credit or EFTPOS card details available.
Pay over the phone
If you want to pay your account over the phone, please call the Cashier Office (02) 6207 6131 (option 1).
If your account relates to North Canberra Hospital, please call the Cashier Office on (02) 6201 6026.
