In a life threatening emergency dial Triple Zero (000)

We recommend you leave around two hours for your appointment as sometimes delays occur.

You will be seen in order of your appointment time. However, because there are usually multiple clinics running at the same time, you may notice other people being called into their appointments before you.

If you need a medical certificate for work, please ask your doctor during your appointment.

If your doctor decides you require surgery, you may be added to the elective surgery wait list. We will send you a letter to confirm you are on the elective surgery wait list.
