We are currently experiencing very high demand across our health facilities. We have made some temporary changes to less critical services so that we can boost our workforce in other areas.

These changes include:

• new opening hours at the COVID-19 Walk-in Centre at Garran, now from 8.30am to 5pm
• new opening hours from next Tuesday (26 April) at the AIS Arena COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Clinic, now from 8am to 5pm. If you have a vaccination appointment that needs to be changed, one of our team members will contact you.

We may introduce further changes to opening hours for some of our services in coming days. These will be communicated via social media and the website. There may also be increased waiting times for our less critical services, such as COVID testing.

We recognise the impact changes to our services have on the community, and we thank you for your understanding at this challenging time.
