Look for

Puckering and dimpling. Puckering usually appears inward.
Breast showing a visible lump
Lumps
Breast showing nipple discharge
Nipple discharge
Breast showing nipple inversion
Nipple inversion
Breast showing swelling
Swelling
Breast showing change in size or shape distortion
Change to size or shape
Breast with highlighted area indicating pain or tenderness
Pain
Breast showing reddened and discoloured skin with a rash-like appearance
Rash or change in colour
