At Canberra Health Services, our aim is to provide exceptional patient-centred care.

We recognise that partnering with you - the people who use our services - improves your experience of care, and the safety and quality of our services. Your feedback is one of the ways we do this.

If you are an inpatient or are contacting us on behalf of an inpatient and the matter is urgent, please speak with the nurse in charge of the ward. If you are worried a patient staying with us is getting sicker, find out how to escalate your concerns.

If you require urgent medical attention, please consider calling 000 for ambulance support, or contact your General Practitioner (GP) or attend your nearest Walk in Centre or Emergency Department (Canberra Hospital or North Canberra Hospital).

If you wish to provide feedback, please complete the form below. We value hearing about your experience with our service.
