The Division of Women, Youth & Children provides a broad range of primary, secondary and tertiary health services to children, young people, families and women in the ACT and surrounding regions. The Division provides family centred, multidisciplinary services at Canberra Hospital and in Community Health Centres, client homes, schools and Child and Family Centres. The services within the Division of Women, Youth and Children include:

Key Responsibilities
Under limited direction of the Administration Manager, you will contribute to the daily support of Women, Youth & Children, both back and front of house. These roles require a high level of time management skills with an ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels. Roles remain flexible according to resourcing needs across the Division, positions will work across multiple sites.
- Participate and coordinate administrative duties such as scheduling, booking, billing and medical records within the Division using the required information and data systems to achieve the provision of high-quality consumer focused outpatient service.
- Provide general office and administrative support to medical, allied health and nursing staff in coordinating the business of the unit. Such as, but not limited to, being responsible for coordinating meetings, communication and the general functioning of a discreet unit.
- Provide administrative support, including responding to enquiries and liaising with consumers, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilise digital health and health information systems to enable the provision of safe and timely access to services.
- Undertake other duties appropriate to this level of classification which contribute to the operation of the organisation. Including, but not limited to, fleet management, ordering office supplies, procurement, arrange minor repairs and maintenance in unit offices, and roster maintenance.
