If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours notice (3 days) so we can offer your appointment to someone else.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, we consider that you have failed to attend your appointment. We have more information about what happens if you fail to attend your appointment.

To cancel or reschedule please:

• cancel using MyDHR - we have more information about MyDHR
• call the clinic directly - you can find the contact details in our service and clinic directory, or
• use our cancellation form (for outpatient clinics at Canberra Hospital).
